Scaling down my homelab for the warm months. I've learned what I need to from my in-house Ceph cluster and 10G networks. Now my "production" workloads can be served from a mix of the Pi400 I used for Jellyfin etc. and the VMs that I have at Colocataires. (i.e. these weeknotes are back out of my house).
That does leave me with a pile of powered off hardware. I'll look at making the machine with the newest CPU into a NetBSD machine (or perhaps OmniOS?) -- but not something to run 24/7 -- something to run when I have something to check or to build.
